River Road Residence

Stage: Concept Design
Set on a steeply sloping waterfront section the design of this house revolves around creating an interconnecting relationship of volumes and voids across multiple split levels. With the careful arrangement of spaces, the split levels establish subtle delineations between the living / private separations required within the house while still providing a series of spaces linked together with strong visual connections.
With an understated presence to the road, the transition from arrival to living spaces opens dramatically to the rear of the hose which boasts uninterrupted views of the Waikato River and beyond.
Pizza Hut Interior

The interior design & fitout of Pizza Hut in Papamoa is one of a series of new stores and upgrades our team is currently involved with nationwide.
The internal fitout was integrated into a wider base build of a new community retail centre. As such, a key project consideration was to ensure that the design adhered to the parameters and guidelines set for the overall development.
Codlin Residence

The Codlin residence ensuite combines modern design with functionality. Exposed concrete walls paired with low-maintenance surfaces draw inspiration from the external material palette, while marbled details and minimalist chrome faucet serve as elegant focal points. Overall, the bathroom is a tranquil retreat with ambient lighting creating a soothing atmosphere.
Pukekohe Fire Station

Engaged By FENZ to oversee a full roof redesign and replacement along with internal modifications.
Our team provided a full service involvement and Engineer to the Contract role through to Practical Completion.
The Station remained operational throughout the duration of the works
Great Barrier Island
Location: Great Barrier Island

Stage: Concept Design
Designed as a set of contrasting timber clad structures heavily informed by symmetry and proportions, one pod comprises the main living and sleeping spaces while a separate pod offers a secluded guest retreat.
Both pods will be nestled into mature native bush on a steep hillside with elevated views across the Bay.
Large sliding glass doors can be retracted along the facade to give an uninterrupted connection to the outlook and terrace on each side while also offering a protective frontage to the house.
Mangawhai Storage

The self-storage facility in Mangawhai is strategically located to serve both residential and commercial needs in the area. Designed with an emphasis on accessibility and functionality.
The layout allows for clear navigation and effective use of space, making it convenient for users to store and retrieve their items.
